To Successfully Enter the Contest, You Must Complete the Following Steps
1. “Like” this post by tapping two times on the video/image.
2. Follow the @zoppler_ Instagram page (if not already a follower).
3. Leave a Comment on the post.
4. The comment must include your position on the topic and why.
5. Tag a “friend” in your comment (somebody that follows you on Instagram) by listing the Instagram handle starting with @.
How the Winner of the Contest is Determined
6. The winner of the Contest will be the person who has answered the question and presented the best argument for their side of the debate. There are no wrong answers.
7. As there will be similar opinions and comments on the given debate topics, followers who make good points, have a unique take, and/or clearly state their viewpoint will be given priority consideration. Zoppler suggests that you read the Topic carefully, and then provide (1) Your stance on the topic, and (2) Your supporting argument for your stance.
8. Winners will be determined solely by the Zoppler team each week.
Terms and Conditions
9. You must be 18 to enter the Contest.
10. Any hate speech, slurs, threats or any other attack towards other followers will eliminate anyone from this Contest and any future Contests.
11. Zoppler is solely responsible for this Contest – the terms, conditions, payments, and everything involving this particular Contest.
12. Instagram and Meta are not responsible for anything that has to do with this Contest, including payment, rules, terms, conditions, etc.
13. The Contest is open for entry starting each Tuesday when the post is made live (visible on the @Zoppler_ Instagram Feed). No more entries will be accepted after the following Saturday at 11:59pm PST. The winner will be announced on the subsequent Monday.
14. By entering the Contest, you agree to allow Zoppler to use your Instagram handle in an announcement of Contest results. Zoppler will get your permission to use your photo by asking you in Instagram messages.
Payment
15. The winner of the Contest will receive a $100.00 cash prize.
16. Form of Payment – Payment will be sent via Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle. If you do not have an account on at least one of those three platforms / services, then you are not eligible and there will be a new winner determined based on the same criteria that decided the first winner.
17. Once a winner is determined, Zoppler will reach out via the Instagram message system to gather payment info from one of the three payment systems listed above in section 15. If our message is not responded to within 7 days, Zoppler is no longer responsible for payment and you forfeit your right to receiving the payment.
